Mai Fujimoto
Mai Fujimoto is a PMP®-certified program management consultant with over 15 years of experience in research and development, manufacturing operations, process development, and product development in the energy storage industry.
Mai has successfully implemented program management structures at startup companies, creating visibility for stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals. Mai has also led contract manufacturing partnerships and factory build-out programs, often combining strategic leadership with hands-on process development. Most recently, she managed battery manufacturing setups across Asia, Europe, and the United States, including Natron Energy's new facility in Michigan.
Mai holds a B.S. in Applied Chemistry from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan, and earned her PMP® certification in 2023.
