Thomas Jahn is an international operating executive with broad experience in general management, operations, finance, and systems. Jahn is a driver of change in organizations with a strong track record of transforming an array of business factors.

Thomas Jahn is Managing Partner of Kainos Consulting, a network of innovative, experienced consultants in Europe and the US.

Thomas Jahn was the CEO of Superprotonic, a VC backed alternative energy company (Fuel Cells) in Pasadena. Jahn was president and co-founder of KAINOS Energy in Silicon Valley, a high-tech fuel-cell company based on nano-technology. He is the co-founder and principal of AIC Solutions, security installation company based in Boise, ID.

Thomas Jahn began his management career at Raychem, Inc., which had its headquarters in Menlo Park, California, and was acquired by Tyco Electronics in 1999. Jahn held the positions of the president of Tyco Power Systems and Printed Circuit Group, was vice president of M & A Integration at Tyco, Vice president and general manager for Tyco’s energy products and, at Raychem, was the responsible manager for the worldwide supply chain and the chief information officer.

Jahn received a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Dortmund in Germany. He successfully participated in the Stanford School of Business Executive Program in 1993. Jahn has worked and lived in Europe and the United States and feels at home in both regions.
